At Lume Naturals, we are committed to getting your products to you quickly, safely, and with care.

Processing Times

Please allow 2-3  business days for us to carefully prepare and pack your order before shipping.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship via Canada Post within Canada.

For USA, we will be shipping through whichever you choose via Shopify (UPS or Purolator).
Shipping method is selected automatically based on your location and best rates.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery speed.

For Canada, we will be shipping priority meaning it takes 2-3 business days. 

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — stay tuned!

We currently ship within Canada and in the United-States.

Delivery Times

Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location (within Canada), and this includes our processing time. 

Please note: once a package leaves our studio, shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

Lost or Damaged Packages

While we are not responsible for shipping carrier delays or losses, we want you to have a great experience.
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@lumenaturals.ca within 7 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to assist you.
