I didn’t create LUME because I needed another product on my shelf.

I created it because I’m on a mission.
A mission to challenge everything the modern beauty industry has told us to believe—

That we need to fix ourselves. That more steps = better skin.That chemical-laced products with fancy labels are the answer. That “beauty” means chasing perfection instead of embracing who we are.

As a mother, I couldn’t ignore the impact these messages—and these ingredients—were having on our bodies. And I wasn’t willing to pass that down to my daughter. I knew there had to be another way.

That’s why LUME exists.

LUME is a return to simplicity. To nourishment.

To skin care that supports your skin’s innate wisdom instead of overriding it.

I started formulating with ingredients I could pronounce, ones used for generations:

Grass-fed tallow, pomegranate seed oil, jojoba, emu oil, castor oil, and more. I chose to source locally in Canada, support small farms, and create each product in small batches with intention.

Because I believe skincare should feel like self-respect—not a marketing ploy.

Because I believe nature still knows best.

Because I believe radiant skin starts from within.

LUME isn’t about hiding flaws—it’s about honoring your body and choosing to care for it in the most supportive way. This is skincare for the women who are tired of over-consuming, tired of labels, tired of burning out trying to be someone they’re not.
